My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices like Narrative therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.

I offer a free initial 30 minute consultation to understand your unique needs and for you to determine if counseling with me is the right fit for you.
It’s essential to note that counseling differs from coaching. While counseling focuses on processing and healing, coaching emphasizes setting specific goals and creating actionable steps. Counseling offers more free-ranging conversations, using psychological principles to delve into uncharted territories and process the stories of your past and present.
