CoCube offers counseling, coaching, and communication strategy services to individuals and organizations. All services provided are subject to availability and may be altered or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

2. Client Eligibility

To engage with our services, clients must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Clients must also provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and multimedia on this website, is the property of Roohmi Pte. Ltd. and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

4. Privacy

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for services must be made in advance through our available payment options: PayPal, Stripe, or PayNow (for Singapore residents). Prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds may be granted at our discretion and will be processed according to our Refund Policy. If a client cancels a session within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, they will be charged the full fee.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

CoCube and Roohmi Pte. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or inability to use our services. Clients agree to use our services at their own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Roohmi Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the CoCube website following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
