When you're in the thick of anxiety or depression, you aren't living your life; you're managing symptoms. I don't just help you lower the volume on the noise. I help you find the person underneath it. You are not your struggle. You are the person who will survive it.

You shouldn't have to leave parts of yourself at the door just to be accepted. Whether it's cultural expectations as a third-culture kid or expat, your sexuality or gender, or masking your neurodivergence, this is a space where the performance stops. You don't have to choose sides. You just get to be whole.

Whether as a parent, a caregiver or a partner, you get so good at taking care of everyone else's needs that you lose track of your own. Parenting can be the hardest of all: the exhaustion, the guilt, the quiet feeling that you've become only someone's mum or dad. Without a sense of self outside these roles, resentment and burnout follow. We carve out space for you in the middle of it all, because the best way to care for your family is to make sure you haven't disappeared.

About Rohan
In the trenches with you, not watching from an armchair.
My name is Rohan. I've personally navigated depression, anxiety and complex relationships, and found my purpose and balance through counseling and coaching. So I understand the value of having an empathetic, skilled professional by your side.
My approach is person-centered, rooted in the work of psychologist Carl Rogers. I believe everyone has the capacity to heal and grow when three things are in place: being accepted without judgment, being truly understood from your own point of view, and working with someone who is genuine with you rather than hiding behind a role. That's what I bring to every session.
In our work together, I see myself as a co-traveler, learning and exploring alongside you, whatever your challenge.
More about me
I've always been interested in stories. For eight years I worked in digital strategy and social media, helping brands across industries and countries tell their stories better. That same love of stories led me to shoot a docu-series before the pandemic, collecting stories and recipes from home kitchens across India.
I'm also a seasoned backpacker. I've explored over forty countries, including a six-month sabbatical through South America, a semester as a student in Mexico, and long stretches across Europe and Southeast Asia by road and rail. Those travels taught me we're all on a journey, both inner and outer.
These days I'm a novelist too. My debut, Space and Spice and Everything Precise, comes out in 2027. It's a cozy psy-phi novel, my own sub-genre where real therapy tools meet sci-fi's big questions about consciousness, belonging and humanity. More at rohanmann.com.
Working with me, you'll find a lively, hands-on partner who's excited to dive into whatever we're tackling, while still providing the professional expertise and safe space you need.

It starts from a simple idea: you are not your struggle. We work on what's hurting now, and on the steadier sense of self underneath it, so the change lasts.
I offer counseling and coaching, and most of the time they're woven together. We lead with whichever you need, counseling to understand and heal, coaching to build and move forward, and bring in the other when it helps. Some sessions are about getting through the week. Others are about the bigger question of who you want to be.

In their words
What clients say.
Shared with their permission, in their own words.
Before starting regular sessions with Rohan, I had a few therapists and counselors i had trialed sessions with whom I never felt fully understood by, therapy felt more like one-sided venting, as I somewhat felt they couldn't hold space for certain layers of me.
With Rohan, in just 5 sessions together I've truly made leaps and bounds of progress in my healing. I have no doubt that my sessions with Rohan accelerated this, thanks to the synergy and deep understanding I feel in our therapy space. He's able to relate and understand the things I share on various levels, and provides the kind of holistic, complete, nurturing space I have been seeking, and honestly didn't know existed. Finally I understand what therapy is meant to feel like and what it's meant to offer in your life.
Through him I can see that being a great therapist is not just about being a good listener - it's also asking the right questions for that person, in that moment, it's offering the right tasks that are powerful, yet gentle and not overwhelming- it's also honoring the humanness in all of us, in all our shades, in the mental, physical, emotional or spiritual layers of us, and showing up as a human first and foremost, one who is openly also learning and growing alongside their client.
To me, it's beautiful to feel this humanness in him, as a genuine and supportive presence who can meet me with true compassion and belief in me, rather than someone who you can feel separates themselves into a role, even if they're saying the 'right' words. Rohan's energy makes me feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.
I really look forward to continue working alongside Rohan and would recommend him very, very highly, especially if you're seeking a more holistic approach to therapy.

After a failed start with another therapist, I can only say that I wish I had found Rohan sooner! I was going through a difficult time in my life with my father passing away, dysfunctional relationship, and sort of lost in my life. Rohan helped me to make sense of my situation. He creates a warm environment and hence, is very easy to talk to. He also follows up over text if in case I feel anxious and needs someone to talk. I've improved to a great extent since the day we started and hope to continue until I'll resolve the issues. I highly recommend his services.

I started therapy sessions with Rohan a few months ago and I am very satisfied of how it is going. Rohan gave me a safe space to share and made me comfortable and confident to do it. I feel kindness, empathy and dedication but also encouragement to untangle my own thoughts and go beyond my own perception of things. Most importantly, after each session I feel like there is hope and I feel more reassured. I am looking forward to continue this journey and grow with the help of Rohan!

Rohan has been my coach for the past three months, and each session has been valuable, challenging, and comforting at once. From our second session, I knew that I could have faith in Rohan to have him as my guide on this personal journey. He carefully sorted through the flood of information I had provided him during our first meeting on my aspirations, fears, and challenges. His attentiveness and active listening gave me the feeling of being truly heard. I felt then that working with Rohan would not merely be about helping me to reflect on specific issues one at a time. Instead, I see him as an invaluable support for my long-term development. What has started as coaching has become a hybrid of coaching and counselling, and I wouldn't want to miss any part of it. Rohan has a remarkable sense for combining these two perspectives and knowing when to inquire more and dig deeper and for when to leave space for time to do the work. Working with Rohan has made me more self-aware in daily situations and close relationships and helps me address intimidating challenges and ambitious goals with greater ease.

I have been seeking counselling services from Rohan for the past few months and have immensely benefited from our sessions. Rohan took a genuine interest in working with me and created a space where I was better able to acknowledge and channelize my thoughts and emotions constructively. I look forward to exploring further with him.

After a few months of weekly sessions with Rohan, I can see myself evolving organically into a better version and unravelling my fears and doubts.
It’s my first-time doing working with a coach, and Rohan has helped me step out of my comfort zone, always mindful of what my body and mind can handle in every session. In the beginning, I was waiting for his questions, but now I’m speaking freely in a stream of consciousness, with Rohan carefully fueling the flow without interrupting it.
I’m slowly starting to come to peace with past errors, learn from them, and then move on, while paying attention to the present moment and what I can do now, still maintaining a healthy vision of the future. I know the journey is still unfolding ahead, but I now look forward to it.
Rohan has important traits for a coach like patience, active listening, and relaxing presence (online in this case). I definitely recommend Rohan as a coach to anyone considering this journey.

Rohan has been working with my daughter for a few months now, and i have seen a very positive change in her. She looks forward to her sessions with him and always comes out feeling satisfied. Her anxiety has decreased, and her self-confidence in dealing with unwanted situations has gone up manifold. I thank Rohan for his understanding and good work.

Questions
Good to know.
What happens in the free call?
It's 30 minutes for us to see whether we're a good fit and whether I can help, and for you to ask anything you like. If I'm not the right fit for what you need, I'll help you find someone who is.
Is this counseling or coaching?
Usually both. You can book either, and we'll lead with the one that fits what you're going through, bringing in the other when it helps.
How long is a session?
55 minutes.
Where do sessions happen?
All sessions are on Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are. You'll get a private link when you book. If you're in Singapore and would prefer to meet in person, just ask.
Which languages do you work in?
English and हिंदी.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between us. The only exceptions are if someone is in danger, or if a court legally requires me to share information.
Can I message you between sessions?
Yes, you're welcome to text me, and I'll reply as soon as I can. It isn't a crisis line, though. If you or someone else is in danger, please use the emergency numbers at the bottom of this page.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or PayNow, before each session. Packages are paid up front. You'll get the payment details when you book.
What if I need to cancel?
Let me know at least 24 hours before and we'll find another time. Later cancellations are charged in full, unless something genuinely unexpected comes up. If it does, just tell me.
What if I can't use all six package sessions in 8 weeks?
Unused sessions normally lapse after 8 weeks. If life gets in the way, talk to me and we'll work something out.
Let's work on your next chapter.
